Cooking Instructions: 

  • Material Required: 150 g paneer (cut into small cubes and fried), 2 medium/150g tomato puree, ½ cup/ 100g blanched green peas, Vanita Aahar Mater Paneer Gravy Mix (50g), 2 tbsp oil, 1 ½ cup/ 300 ml water. 
  • Make a paste of Vanita Aahar Matar Paneer Gravy Mix and ½ cup / 100 ml water. 
  • Heat oil in a pan. Add tomato puree (150 g) and cook for 4-5 min. or till oil oozes out. 
  • Add 100 g green peas and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add paste and sauté for 2-3 minutes. 
  • Add 150g Paneer ( ¾ cup) and 200 ml water & simmer for 8-10 min. or till gravy thickens. 
  • Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve piping hot with rice or Indian breads such as parathas or naans.
