Cooking Instructions:

Material Required: 300 g ( 1 ½ cup) Blanched palak puree, Vanita Aahar Palak Paneer Gravy Mix (50g), 200 g Paneer, 150 g (3 medium size) tomatoes, 200 ml (1 cup) milk.
Mix the entire pack of Vanita Aahar Palak Paneer Gravy Mix with 200 ml (1 cup) of milk to make a paste.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and temper with cumin seeds. Add finely chopped tomatoes and fry till oil separates on a medium flame.
Add spice mix paste and cook till oil separates. Add boiled palak puree, paneer cubes, 2 tbsp butter and cook till gravy thickens
Garnish with grated paneer and serve hot with roti or rice.
