Description

Cooking Instructions:

Material Required: Edible Oil, Vanita Aahar Saoji Gravy Mix (50g), water, 250 g chicken/mutton pieces
Make a paste of entire pack of Vanita Aahar Saoji Gravy Mix and 50 ml ( ¼ cup) water.
Heat 3 ½ tablespoon (50 ml) oil in a pan, add paste and sauté for 1 minute.
Add 250 g chicken/mutton and mix well.
Add 300 ml of water, cook for 25-30 minutes for chicken and 45-50 minutes for mutton, on low flame till chicken/mutton is done.
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with rice or chapati.
